My experience was a bit different. Since my Paypal account doesn't share the same email as the one I provided for the CDKeyHouse account, I had to send proof of my ID. They send you email instructions on how to do this - taking a photograph of your driver's license with your order number written on paper next to it. This sent off instant warning bells in my mind, until I realized they encourage you to cover up all personal information. They explain that they just need the name so they themselves don't get ripped off by frauds. It's a one-time process, and although it made the experience lengthier, it's a one-time thing, and from here on in I will be able to purchase rapidly. The key worked perfectly by the way. Evil Within!
